  • Description: In the present report we describe an unusual case of a 3-year-old girl who was admitted to our hospital with Epstein–Barr virus meningoencephalitis. Brain magnetic resonance imaging revealed diffuse abnormalities in white matter and Chiari I malformation with cervical and thoracic hydro-syringomyelia.
